A daily look at Tim Tebow’s time in Cortland:
7:50 a.m.: Tebow takes the field. Mark Sanchez follows a few minutes later.
8:10 a.m.: The quarterbacks spend much of the next hour working in various individual drills before full team drills begin.
9:07 a.m.: All of the defensive players watching from the side start yelling “Pass!” when Tebow checks out of a play at the line. He drops back to pass, then draws a big cheer when he tucks the ball and scrambles.
9:31 a.m.: Tebow misses out on a chance to complete a long pass down the field when WR Chaz Schilens drops a pass that hits him in the hands.
9:46 a.m.: Tebow tries to go deep down the middle to TE Dedrick Epps, but overthrows him and is nearly picked off. Safety LaRon Landry lays out for it, but can’t hang on.
10:11 a.m.: After DB Isaiah Trufant picks off a Greg McElroy pass, Tebow knocks the ball out of Trufant’s hand after he’s out of bounds and the play is over.
10:35 a.m.: Practice ends. Tebow finishes 4-for-6 with a sack in team drills, while Sanchez goes 6-for-10 with a sack.
11:03 a.m.: While he is waiting to appear live on SportsCenter, the crowd chants Tebow’s name.
6:41 p.m.: Tebow gets in some extra throws on the field before the evening walkthrough, which is closed to the media.
