Calvin Klein’s ex-boy-toy pleads guilty to drug charges

Calvin Klein’s former boy-toy has turned over a new leaf – in more ways than one.

Nicholas Gruber, 22, was in Manhattan Criminal Court today to cop a plea in a case where he allegedly punched a man he took home after a night of partying, and he was accompanied by a scantily – and outrageously – clad blonde woman.

While male model Gruber was dressed appropriately for court in a dark suit, the galpal, who identified herself only as Nastia, lived up to the name. She was wearing short-shorts and a cut up, sleeveless tee that said “Don’t Give A” above a drawing of a man having sex with a naked woman from behind.

The racy shirt, which Nastia said she made herself, went unnoticed by court officials and the judge.

Gruber was arrested this past April, after he allegedly socked a 20-year-old man he’d brought home to his Greenwich Street apartment after a night of partying.

The victim suffered a cut to his face in the 4 am fracas.

When police arrived, Gruber shoved his hands in his pants as if he were trying to hide something, and resisted arrest, officials said.

He was later strip-searched, and police found a small amount of cocaine in his underwear, court papers say.

Gruber went to rehab after the incident, and has since been spotted in the company of young ladies, including Nastia.

During today’s hearing, Gruber admitted to drug possession charges and was given a conditional discharge, meaning the matter will be dropped if he performs 20 days of community service in New York and California and stays out of trouble with the law until December.

Asked how he was feeling, Nastia said, “Oh my God. So stressed out.”
