Calvin Klein’s boy toy cops plea – and dates gals

Calvin Klein’s former boy toy has turned over a new leaf — in more ways than one.

Nick Gruber, 22, copped a plea in Manhattan Criminal Court yesterday in a case in which he allegedly punched a male pal after a night of partying — and he was accompanied by a blond woman.

But while the former porn star was dressed appropriately for court in a conservative dark suit, his companion was anything but.

The woman, who identified herself only as Nastia, lived up to her name — wearing short-shorts, a lacey pink bra and a cut-up, sleeveless T-shirt that said, “Don’t Give A,” above a large drawing of a man having sex with a naked woman from behind. The racy shirt, which Nastia said she made herself, went unnoticed by court officials and the judge.

Gruber’s on-and-off — and much older — paramour Klein, 69, was not in court for the brief hearing.

The model was busted this past April for attacking another man named Calvin — friend Calvin Swint, 20 — after a night out on the town partying. The two were at Gruber’s Greenwich Street penthouse when Gruber grabbed Swint and then socked him.

When police arrived at Gruber’s penthouse, they saw him stuff something into his pants, and he flailed around when they tried to arrest him, officials said.

They were finally able to cuff him and took him to a nearby police station, where a strip search revealed cocaine in his underwear, court papers say.

Klein then sent his young love to the Meadows rehab facility in Arizona on his private plane and paid for his $35,000-a-month treatment, Page Six reported.

After he got back, Gruber posted on his Facebook page, “I am a different person. I don’t want to go back to my old self. I want to focus on my future [and] become a successful person.”

He’s been showing just how different in recent weeks — reportedly spotted in the company of numerous young ladies, including Nastia.

In court, where he was facing misdemeanor assault, drug and resisting-arrest charges, Gruber pleaded guilty to one of the drug charges in a deal with prosecutors.

Judge Erica Edwards gave him a conditional discharge, meaning the guilty plea and the other charges will be expunged from his record in December if he completes a total of 20 days of community service here and in California and stays out of trouble.

Prosecutors said they did not request a drug-treatment program because he’d already completed one.

Asked how he was feeling afterward, Gruber said nothing while Nastia said, “Oh, my God. So stressed out.”
