Police are looking for a man in the robbery and sexual assault of a woman in Fresh Pond.

Cops said the man, believed to be Joshua Robles, 40, of Seneca Avenue, ambushed the 20-year-old victim in the vicinity of Greene Avenue at about 11:40 p.m. on July 29.

The creep allegedly groped her crotch and stole her purse, cops said.

The woman was not seriously hurt, cops said.

Robles is 5-foot-9 and 155 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Police released descriptions of two suspects who allegedly robbed an elderly man in Rego Park after tricking him into believing they were city employees dealing with a water issue.

The men knocked on the door of the home of an 89-year- old man at about 2 p.m. Tuesday, pushed their way in, forced him into a back room and rummaged for valuables, according to police.

The suspects, in their 20s, fled in a late-model Jeep, police said yesterday.

The victim was not injured.

Both suspects are about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, and were wearing white T-shirts.

Cops yesterday busted a teenage thug for shooting four other teens at a Brownsville playground this week, authorities said.

Darren Wint, 15, was nabbed for attempted murder after witnesses linked him to the attack, police said.

Wint allegedly rode a BMX bicycle into the crowded Fish Playground on Fulton Street where teens were playing basketball at about 6:30 p.m. Monday.

Cops said he fired several shots.

Two 16-year-old boys were struck in the arm. A 13-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man suffered graze wounds to the back.

The thief snatched a 13-year-old boy’s music player on the 5 train as it pulled into the Gun Hill Road station at about 3:25 p.m. on July 17, cops said.

The suspect is believed to be in his early 20s, about 5-foot-8 with shoulder-length, braided black hair.

A man jumped to his death from the 23rd floor of a building in Baychester, police said.

The 45-year-old man plunged from a balcony of the residential tower on Hunter Avenue at about 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The victim’s name was withheld pending family notification.

Cops are asking for the public’s help in finding a thief suspected of burglarizing five beauty shops in Harlem.

Police said the suspect first struck at the Miss G Hair Salon on West 125th Street on June 28.

A resourceful thief targeted three more shops on the same commercial stretch between July 10 and July 30, cops said.

His last known robbery took place in the office building at the corner of Seventh Avenue and West 125th Street, cops said.

In each theft, he stole computer and electronic equipment.

Video surveillance captured him wearing a blue T-shirt and a white cap with a blue brim, and using a red hand truck apparently to haul away his ill-gotten gains.
