A teenager pushed a woman down into a lower Manhattan trash heap, exposed himself and then rubbed himself against her, court papers charge.
Jordan Marcell, 16, knocked the woman onto a bag filled with bottles on Pearl Street at 11 p.m. Aug. 14, according to the documents.
Marcell was arrested and charged with attempted rape and sexual abuse.
The woman was treated for a cut lip, authorities said.

Cops are asking for the public’s help in finding a Harlem man. He has been missing since late last week.
Esteban Rodriguez, 61, was last seen walking near East 105th Street and Third Avenue at about 10:30 a.m. Friday.
He is 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds with brown eyes, gray hair. He has grown a mustache, also gray, since this photo was taken.
Rodriguez was wearing an orange, short-sleeve, button-down golf shirt, light-blue pants with vertical stripes and open-toed brown shoes.

A woman slashed a pregnant 18-year-old in the face with a broken bottle in Soundview early yesterday, cops said.
Rosmery Sanchez was arrested and charged with attacking the woman, who is three months along, on the corner of Ward and Watson avenues at about 1:20 a.m.
Police last night said they were still searching for a motive.
Sanchez, who allegedly smashed the woman in the head with the bottle, causing a deep gash, was charged with assault and reckless endangerment.
The victim was listed in serious condition last night at Jacobi Hospital.

The youth is 6-foot-1 and weighs 230 pounds.

A 19-year-old thug is under arrest after viciously mugging a man in Soundview, cops said.
Darin Billings snarled, “Gimme all you got! I have a gun! Gimme the ring!” on Wheeler Avenue at about 3:30 a.m. Aug. 13, according to court documents.
Besides the ring, he snatched $200 out of the man’s backpack — and then proceeded to kick and punch the defenseless man repeatedly, inflicting cuts to his head and face, authorities said.
Billings was eventually apprehended and is facing charges of robbery, menacing, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

A man was found fatally stabbed in the stomach in Tompkins Park North, police said yesterday.
Cops responding to a 911 call discovered Michael Tillary, 44, at about 9:50 p.m. Saturday and rushed him to Kings County Hospital, but it was too late.
His alleged attacker, Marvin Mann, 39, was taken into custody immediately, cops said, adding that they had recovered the knife and that Mann’s motive was not immediately known.
He was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Queens

Investigators are asking for help in finding Jeffrey Contreras, who allegedly drove into three police officers while fleeing arrest.
Contreras, 23, of Hollis Court Boulevard, broke free at 1:35 a.m. Friday and jumped into a 2011 Toyota Rav4, cops said.
He struck the three officers and drove off in the car, whose New York license plates read EDG 4704.
Two of the injured cops were treated at the North Shore Manhasset Hospital and released.
The third was listed in stable condition there last night.
Contreras is 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
