Livery vic’s kin enraged

Relatives of a Queens man shot in the head in front of his sister during a livery stickup lashed out at the suspected gunman yesterday.

Ilya Grebelsky, a relative of passenger Nikita Grebelsky, 23, who was left brain-dead and on life support, suggested the suspect’s family would likely have a sob story to explain his actions.

“The mother of that thug . . . would tell you interesting things about his poor childhood,” she sneered.

Nikita and his sister were in a cab in Brooklyn early Saturday when Michael Magnan, 19, allegedly demanded cash from the driver and shot into the car.

Magnan, who faces charges including attempted murder and weapons possession, has prior arrests, including one for attempted murder.

Authorities initially fingered him in an earlier party shooting but now say he was not connected.
