Cops hunt for suspect who punched elderly man in Bed-Stuy

Cops are looking for a Platoon movie fan who punched an elderly man in Bedford-Stuyvesant, and stole his wallet, authorities said.

The suspect, captured on surveillance camera, attacked the 79-year-old victim while a northbound “C” train was entering the Ralph Avenue subway station, police said.

He pummeled him in the face, then grabbed the item from his pants pocket, cops said.

The thug sported a Platoon t-shirt and is approximately 5-foot-7, authorities said. He is in his late twenties to early twenties, about 160 to 180 pounds, and sports braids.
