The A-listers will be out in force for the third “Stand Up to Cancer” telecast, which will air Sept. 7 across multiple networks.
Samuel L. Jackson, Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Gwyneth Paltrow, Julia Roberts, Matt Damon and Michael Douglas are among the many celebrities participating in the fund-raising special, which will be simulcast, commercial-free, over 11 networks (including ABC, NBC, Fox, CBS, HBO and E!).
More stars are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. The telecast, executive-produced by Paltrow and Joel Gallen, will air from the Shrine Auditorium in LA.
The first two “Stand Up to Cancer” telecasts raised more than $180 million for cancer research.
