It’s a meatball sandwich!

“Jersey Shore” star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her roly-poly baby boy, Lorenzo Domenic LaValle, were wheeled out of a New Jersey hospital yesterday and headed home with diapers, rattles — and a full TV camera crew in tow.

Snooki’s former co-star Pauly D even created a new Twitter hashtag to celebrate the occasion, “#MyMeatballHadAMeatball.”

Wearing a pair of sunglasses propped up on her head and a pair of chunky high-heel sandals, the pint-sized reality-show star clutched her dark-haired bundle of joy in her tattooed arms and climbed into a waiting van.

Cameras from her MTV show “Snooki and JWoww” were rolling at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston right up until Polizzi gave birth to 6-pound 5-ounce Enzo at around 3 a.m. Sunday.

Baby daddy Jionni LaValle continued filming with his own camera but sources said he primarily focused on Snooki’s face so her “private parts” won’t be on television.

Later, she tweeted: “I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6lbs! HE’S MY WORLD!”
