Lada Gaga wants to quash a subpoena seeking copies of everything shot by a fashion photographer who went behind the scenes with her to produce her recent picture book.
In Manhattan federal-court papers, Gaga says some of the pics are “private and personal” and “irrelevant” to a suit by her former personal assistant, Jennifer O’Neill, who’s seeking $380,000 in overtime, claiming she worked around the clock for 13 months.
O’Neill’s lawyers say shutterbug Terry Richardson may have snapped shots that include her.
