DETROIT — A truck rented to carry equipment for Vice President Joe Biden’s visit to Detroit yesterday was stolen outside a downtown hotel, the Secret Service said.
Agency spokesman Ed Donovan told The Detroit News that the U-Haul truck carried equipment but no weapons.
