ELEVEN MADISON PARK: The 10th best restaurant in the world gets an elegant relaunch — just before it temporarily trades menus with Chicago’s acclaimed Alinea. (11 Madison Ave.; 212-889-0905; Friday)

83 & ½: Ryan Skeen — ex-Café Boulud, Allen & Delancey, Irving Mill — opens a 30-seat eatery on the Upper East Side (345 E. 83rd St.; September).

AUDEN: Executive chef Mark Arnao will serve rich dishes such as crispy oysters Rockefeller and barbecue beef short ribs at this new restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton (50 Central Park South; 212-521-6125; Sept. 20).

BEATRICE INN: Graydon Carter’s much anticipated rebirth of this West Village hot spot will include classic American dishes (cooked by a Per Se alum) and killer cocktails. Good luck getting a table! (285 W. 12th St.; 646-896-1804; in previews; opening mid-September)

BILL’S: This revamp of the beloved Bill’s Gay Nineties space from John DeLucie (the Lion, the Crown) will include a downstairs bar and an upstairs grill (57 E. 54th St.; late September).

BRINKLEY’S STATION: Upscale pub food, including lobster club sandwiches, from ex-Chanterelle chef Keith Harry (153 E. 60th St.; September).

DIRTY BIRD: TriBeCa welcomes an eat-in version of the West Village takeout fried-chicken gem (155 Chambers St.; Sept. 10).

FELICE: This uptown Tuscan eatery heads downtown, to a small space in the Guild Hall Hotel (15 Gold St.; Sept. 20).

FLETCHER’S BROOKLYN BARBECUE: Mouthwatering meats made by pit master Matt Fisher (433 Third Ave., Brooklyn; late September).

THE GARDEN RESTAURANT AT FOUR SEASONS HOTEL: This hotel restaurant will offer classic American dishes beneath its indoor African acacia trees. (57 E. 57th St.; 212-758-5700; Sept. 13).

L’APICIO: The team behind Dell’anima, L’Artusi and Anfora roll out another fabulous Italian restaurant, complete with outdoor dining (11 E. First St.; 212-533-7400; late September).

M. WELLS DINETTE AT MOMA P.S. 1: The late, great Long Island City diner comes back to life at the museum. Expect bone marrow and schoolroom decor (22-25 Jackson Ave., Queens; September).

PORSENA EXTRA-BAR: Small Mediterranean plates (and plenty of wine) from Sara Jenkins, the genius behind Porchetta and Porsena (21 E. Seventh St.; 212-228-4923; early September).

RUNNER & STONE: Bakers from Per Se and Blue Ribbon will create breads, pastries and meals in this Gowanus restaurant and bar (285 Third Ave., Brooklyn; late September).

RUSTIC L.E.S.: Fans of the Bistro Truck will be able to sit down and eat its Moroccan dishes at this brick-and-mortar version (124 Ridge St.; 212-677-6450; early September).

TERROIR PARK SLOPE: Brownstone mommies get their own outpost of the popular Manhattan wine bars (284 Fifth Ave., Brooklyn; September).

THE WALLACE: Jon Wallace, former exec chef at Park Slope’s Thistle Hill Tavern, opens a place of his own in Clinton Hill (919 Fulton St., Brooklyn; 718-230-3856; Sept 13).

ARLINGTON CLUB: After settling a lawsuit with his BLT partner, Laurent Tourondel is partnering with the TAO Group to open a steakhouse with seating for 200 (1032 Lexington Ave.; 212-249-5700; late October).

BROOKLYN CENTRAL: Sottocasa alums Matthew Hyland and Roberto Patriarca will serve Neapolitan pies topped with goods from Brooklyn-based purveyors (289 Fifth Ave., Brooklyn; October).

CAFE TALLULAH: This bilevel Upper West Side spot will feature bistro fare from a wd~50 alum upstairs and cocktails from an Employees Only alum below (240 Columbus Ave.; October).

DAHEEN WANG MANDOO: A Manhattan version of the Flushing South Korean dumpling shop (2 W. 32nd St.; October).

FATTY CUE WILLIAMSBURG: The beloved Asian barbecue joint reopens in the same location, a year after closing due to “structural issues” (91 S. Sixth St., Brooklyn; 718-599-3090; mid-October).

THE FOURTH: A bilevel cafe, bar and restaurant in Union Square from Jo-Ann Makovitzky and Marco Moreira, the couple behind Tocqueville (132 Fourth Ave.; mid-October).

THE LOBSTER CLUB: The first of two openings by Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone (of Torrisi and Parm fame) this season, this spot will be dedicated to club sandwiches (169 Thompson St; October).

MP TAVERNA: Michael Psilakis takes his inventive Greek cooking — and his third MP Taverna — to Astoria, Queens (31-29 Ditmars Blvd.; late October).

SEN NYC: The Sag Harbor Japanese joint opens a 125-seat dining room in the Flatiron District (12 W. 21st St.; October).

THE SKYLIGHT SHOPPE: Old School soda shop selling ice cream made in-house, po’ boys and salads on the third floor of Midtown steakhouse Maloney & Porcelli (37 E. 50th St.; October).

THE SMITH AT LINCOLN CENTER: The popular downtown brasserie hits uptown with a new Rockwell-group-designed location opposite Lincoln Center (1900 Broadway; early October).

THE THIRD MAN: The newest restaurant from the Edi & the Wolf team will feature cocktails, Austrian-inspired small plates and mid-19th-century décor (116 Avenue C; mid October).

EL TORO BLANCO: Lure Fishbar and Burger & Barrel’s John McDonald’s modern Mexican joint in the West Village (10 Downing St.; October).

CARBONE: Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone’s other new restaurant will focus on mid-century Italian dishes, no doubt perfectly executed (181 Thompson St.; November).

CHEZ SARDINE: The latest from Gabriel Stulman of Fedora, Joseph Leonard and Perla is an “inauthentic” Japanese izakaya (183 West 10th St.; November).

CLARKSON SOCIAL CLUB: American small plates from Georges Forgeois, the owner of Bar Tabac and Jules (225 Varick St.; November).

MANZANILLA: Spain’s hotshot chef Dani García is teaming up with Boqueria’s Yann de Rochefort to bring his take on Spanish cuisine to Gramercy Park (345 Park Ave. S.; November).

THE MARROW: Harold Dieterle and Alicia Nosenzo, the duo behind Perilla and Kin Shop, continue their West Village expansion with this Italian- and Austrian-inspired place (99 Bank St.; November).

MIGHTY QUINN’S BBQ: This Smorgasburg stall goes brick-and-mortar, serving brisket and ribs in the East Village space that was Vandaag (103 Second Ave.; November).

NIGHTINGALE 9: Vietnamese cuisine from the team behind Southern restaurant Seersucker (345 Smith St., Brooklyn; November).

TOMMY BAHAMA BAR AND RESTAURANT: Why yes, that is a restaurant and cocktail bar opening in the Fifth Avenue clothing store. Expect a fish-centric menu (551 Fifth Ave.; 212-537-0960; Nov. 17).

APERITIVO DI PALMA: Italian food served tapas style, with Italian wines (30 Cornelia St.; December).

THE BUTTERFLY: In a nod to his Midwestern roots, Italian food maestro Michael White will put pasta on the back burner and serve traditional American fare here (225 West Broadway; late December).

IPPUDO WESTSIDE: The perma-mobbed downtown spot brings its delicious ramen and no-reservations policy to midtown (321 West 51st St., December).

MEXIBBQ: This Astoria barbecue joint crossed the river to set up on the Upper East Side (1633 Second Ave.; December).

THE BREWSTER: Le Cirque’s Craig Hopson will helm this 19th century-inspired restaurant and market in a former carriage factory in SoHo (177 Mott St.; early 2013).
