Ramsay sued by dad-in-law ex-mistress

The ex-mistress of Gordon Ramsay’s father-in-law is suing the “Hell’s Kitchen” host for breach of privacy — the latest legal snafu for the TV chef.

Sara Stewart, who had a five-year affair with Ramsay’s father-in-law, Chris Hutcheson, claims that detectives hired by Ramsay took intimate pictures of her — through a bedroom window — while Ramsay had Hutcheson under surveillance for alleged financial misconduct as head of Gordon Ramsay Holdings (GRH).

Stewart, 50, was employed at the time by GRH as an accountant. She claims Ramsay threatened to make photos public , according to reports.

Ramsay aired his dirty family laundry in 2010 when he wrote an open letter to his mother-in-law, Greta — published in the London Evening Standard — in which he admitted he’d hired detectives to tail Hutcheson, who he also suspected of reading his personal e-mails. He fired Hutcheson shortly thereafter.

Stewart claims that, after his open letter, Ramsay sent her son, Adam, a text message in which he wrote, in part, “Please tell Sarah (sic) to close her curtains in Ascot there’s a footpath right outside her window. Shots are amazing.”

Last summer, Ramsay filed a writ accusing Hutcheson of using over $2.2 million of company money to lead his double life with Stewart, according to The Daily Mail.
