$75M triplex: Rvr vu, jellyfish tank

A jellyfish tank, safe rooms, a rain fountain that doubles as a Jacuzzi and Baccarat chandeliers are just some of the “wow” factors in an exquisitely designed $75 million, fully furnished “palatial” triplex apartment that is joining the city’s highest-priced offerings, The Post has learned.

The $5,156 per foot pricing is comparable to that of other city units that have been recently sold or are on the market, said Ivanka Trump, whose Trump Sales and Leasing division is marketing the condominium on Riverside Boulevard in a 150-unit building originally developed by the Trumps.

The 11,000-square-foot townhome-style unit at The Heritage at Trump Place was combined from six of the Hudson River-facing apartments and has numerous terraces and internal staircases.

The offering includes two completely separate staff and guest apartments for a total of 14,547 square feet.

The turnkey three floors along the curved section of the building include numerous flat-screen TVs — some in bathroom mirrors — a “man cave” with a ventilated cigar room and billiards room, and numerous kitchens including one perfect for catering with an extra sushi prep spot.

The spa area is covered in white-striped marble and the fully fixtured fitness room has a soundproofed floor.

Anyone rich enough to buy it will also have to lay out $19,705 in monthly common charges and yearly city property taxes of $83,798.

The building itself has a garage, party rooms, two pools and other amenities.

The next family can even hire the current caretaker who oversaw the entire four-year renovation project for the selling family and watches over the multi-camera security system, three salt water fish tanks, and the Crestron system that can control all the electronic lights, motorized doors, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning and curtains from an iPad anywhere in the world.

The seller is a family who bought the units over a number of years.
