Sickening video released by NYPD shows a man repeatedly kicking a dog inside an East Harlem elevator.
The surveillance video was captured at about 11:30 p.m. on Aug. 26 inside the Wagner Houses located along East 120th Street.
The attack began as soon as the elevator door closed. The dog can be seen cowering in the corner, trying to avoid the abuse.
Video shows the man kicking the dog with his left and right feet – six kicks in 10 seconds. The thug can then be seen taunting the animal and slapping the dog’s mouth.
The man is wearing a red Aeropostale T-shirt and what appears to be a San Francisco Giants cap.
Police want to find the man so they can charge him with animal cruelty. Anyone with information about the attack can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS. Tips can also be shared here.
