Giants lineman Diehl appears in court for 2nd time for June DUI

Giants offensive lineman David Diehl was prompt for his second court appearance after he was collared for allegedly drinking and driving earlier this summer.

“We are continuing discussions for a possible disposition,” said Diehl’s attorney who updated the judge about the DUI charges.

The 31-year-old Diehl was punctual for court this morning — dressed to impress in a tailored pin-stripped navy blue suit, sky blue collared shirt and a beige and navy blue patterned tie — as he humbly waved at sports fanatics waiting in the Queens Criminal basement hallway.

The Super Bowl champ was busted on June 11 after he allegedly crashed his BMW into parked cars as he was leaving an Astoria pub celebrating Croatia’s win over Ireland in the European Championship soccer match.

Diehl left in a black SUV and was ordered to return to court on November 13.
