A former costumer on the hit show “Person of Interest” says his boss had discriminating taste in clothing.
In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Richard Zimmer said he felt harassed when a director on the CBS show spurned a jacket he’d offered him as “too gay.”
Zimmer said when he complained about Peter Soldo’s comment last November to the director’s boss, Soldo was unrepentant – pointing to the jacket and saying, “Look at it.”
Zimmer said his complaints about the incident were ignored, forcing him to quit. He’s suing for unspecified money damages. A rep for the show’s producer, Warner Bros, declined comment.
