A peeping Tom is in hot water for photographing women using a Flatiron District bakery’s bathroom, cops said yesterday.

Duwayne Chance, 42, was charged with unlawful surveillance, burglary and criminal trespassing after allegedly sneaking into the ladies’ room at The City Bakery, on 18th Street near Fifth Avenue, three times this summer.

Chance, who has 20 prior arrests, was also slapped with a grand-larceny charge in connection with the theft of a wallet from The Blue Water Grill in Union Square on Oct. 14 of last year, court records show. He allegedly lifted the wallet from a woman’s purse — while she was using the bathroom.

If at first you do succeed, why not try again? That may be alleged shoplifter Martinez Woods’ strategy.

Cops say he grabbed Advil, Claritin and various first-aid products from the Duane Reade on 86th Street near First Avenue on the Upper East Side at about 10 p.m. July 7 and fled.

He returned at about 6:15 p.m. Aug. 1, this time escaping with 131 boxes of Advil and Tylenol, the cops said.

But he was ID’d via surveillance video and arrested on Sept. 5 on charges of grand larceny and burglary, court records indicate.

Brian Freeman, 28, of The Bronx, pummeled the pooch at the Wagner Houses on West 120th Street, police said.

He was busted after a detective recognized him on surveillance video, police sources said. He’s charged with injuring an animal.

A young man with a laundry list of drug-related arrests was gunned down in West Brighton, cops said.

Daequan Wilson, 20, was on Campbell Avenue near Market Street at 11:20 p.m. Sunday when someone shot him in the chest, police said.

He died at the Richmond University Medical Center.

He had eight prior arrests, nearly all involving drugs, investigators said.

He was busted just blocks away and charged with criminal possession of a machine gun.

Don’t make me use this phone!

A 16-year-old boy left empty handed after trying to hold up a Brownsville dollar store with a cellphone — but returned and grabbed a boxcutter from a shelf to show he meant business, authorities said.

The bungled stickup went down at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 30 when Temar Bishop entered Tazz 99 Cent Express on Blake Avenue and allegedly demanded cash — while pointing his phone at a worker.

When the employee ignored him, the dejected Bishop grabbed a package of socks and stormed out of the store, police said.

After stewing awhile, the troubled teen figured he had some unfinished business there — so he went back, took a boxcutter off a shelf and threatened everyone in the place, cops said.

Then he allegedly went for the cash register.

During the ensuing fight, a worker can be seen on surveillance video striking the badass wannabe in the head with a stick.

Once disarmed, Bishop gave up and fled, only to be arrested on Sept. 6 and charged with robbery, assault and possession of a deadly weapon.

Two co-workers got into a vicious brawl at an East New York construction site, police said.

Cordell Hector, 50, was in a plumbing trench on Pitkin Avenue near Drew Street at about 11 a.m. Aug. 24 when Michael Wharton, 39, complained that Hector got a call from their union rep before he did, sources said.

Wharton — hurling racial slurs at Hector — began kicking the walls of the trench, authorities said.

So Hector hit Wharton’s knee with a hammer and went upside his head with a 2-by-6-foot piece of wood — rupturing an eardrum, court records show.

Hector was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon and Wharton with attempted assault, reckless endangerment and harassment.
