LaBelle $inging new tune

Patti LaBelle has a new attitude about her promise to pay $100,000 for her terrible tirade against a pregnant mom and the woman’s 18-month-old tot.

The disco diva got a judge to schedule a court conference next week over claims that Roseanna Monk and her lawyer breached the agreement by revealing the staggering sum LaBelle promised to shell out over her foul-mouthed, 2010 temper tantrum.

“They haven’t explicitly said they’re backing out of the deal, but I would interpret that they either want out of the deal or they want to punish me or my clients for having spoken about the situation,” Monk’s lawyer, Sam Davis, said yesterday.

Davis insisted there was no secrecy clause in the Manhattan federal court settlement.

None of the money has yet changed hands, Davis said.

Monk and her hubby, Kevin, sued the Grammy-winning singer last year over claims she pitched a fit after seeing their daughter, Genevieve, playing near the front door of the family’s Upper West Side apartment building in November 2010.

Neither LaBelle’s lawyer nor her publicist responded to requests for comment.
