Barely one week after her secret wedding to actor Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively was back at work yesterday on the set of “Gossip Girl.”
The show — shooting yesterday in Brooklyn Heights — must go on, it seems, and Hollywood’s new hottest couple had to be satisfied with a short honeymoon near Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.
They were spotted in the intimate Inn at Little Washington (where suites go more than $2,450 a night) over the weekend.
By the time the paparazzi showed up on Sunday, Lively and Reynolds were on their way out.
Missing yesterday was the potato-sized diamond wedding ring that Reynolds gave her. The ring showed up for the first time yesterday in photos of the couple kissing on the street in Charleston, SC, where the surprise wedding took place Sept. 9.
The couple — who met on the set of the “Green Lantern” last fall — pulled off the seemingly impossible last week when they were able to get married in front of 70 close friends and family without word leaking out beforehand.
Bette Midler and Lively’s co-stars from the movie “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” attended, and Florence Welch of the band Florence and the Machine sang at the reception.
