Grainy black-and-white surveillance footage emerged today, showing Lindsay Lohan pulling into a Meatpacking District club with no obvious carnage left in her wake.
Lohan’s black Porsche can be seen rolling through a sidewalk and down a narrow parking ramp, as a man chased her down from the street.
Lohan appeared to be driving slowly, at least by the time she reached the sidewalk, because the half dozen or so pedestrians in the frame didn’t have to scramble for safety.
The video didn’t show how Linz’s car came from the street, closer to where pedestrian Jose Rodriguez, 34, said he was hit.
Rodriguez was leaving his job as a line cook at the neighboring Maritime Hotel when Lohan allegedly struck him.
New York cops took a non-committal view of the video.
“In the attached video, a vehicle driven by the actress Lindsay Lohan is seen turning into a location where a pedestrian passes in front of the car with his back toward it,” according to a police statement.
“The same individual is then seen standing by the side of the car as it enters and, later still, walking after it as the car moves down the passageway. The same individual reported that he was struck by the vehicle as it turned into the location. Faces of complainant/witnesses are intentionally blurred. “
Lohan was busted for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident. She was given a desk appearance ticket and the actress’ rep insisted she did nothing wrong.
