Gal charged with obstruction, conspiracy after taking driving rap for ‘homewrecker’ boyfriend

Brooklyn hipster Sophia Anderson, was today charged with obstruction of justice and conspiracy and “feels betrayed by a man who I was in love with…” – who talked her into taking the DWI rap for him after he drove his mom’s Mercedes through a Long Island home.

Anderson, her face all healed up after a May 28 shellacking when her boyfriend Dan Sajewski, 23, crashed the convertible, made a tearful statement to reporters after her arraignment on an indictment in a Riverhead courtroom.

She said she confessed she lied to cops about the accident when Sajewski failed to make good on their deal to pay her bail and lawyer fees and take her “on a promised vacation to the Hamptons.’’

“I feel Dan manipulated me and took advantage of our relationship and his actions were abusive and devastating,’’ said Anderson after her arraignment.

“The night of the crash, I was highly intoxicated but I specifically remember Dan removing me from the car after the crash and asking me to tell police that I was the driver because we both understood that he was on probation and he had a long criminal history,’’ said Anderson.

She said she was in rehab for “alcohol issues,’’ had a new job and was trying to recover from the incident at her parent’s home in Connecticut.

“I am now attempting to turn the page and move on to the next chapter of my life,’’ Anderson said. Tomorrow, in another Long Island courtroom, the DWI charges against her will be dropped.

Sajewski “is a scoundrel of a boyfriend,’’ said her lawyer, John LoTurco. “He’s a creep.’’
