For once, Lindsay Lohan was not a total screw-up.

The line cook who claims he was “run over” by the star was at worst grazed by her slow-moving SUV — and had no trouble chasing the car down a parking-garage ramp, surveillance video released by the NYPD shows.

José Rodriguez, 34, also had no signs of injury and his X-rays were negative when he was treated and released early Wednesday at Bellevue Hospital, a law-enforcement source told the Post.

“It hurt a lot,” he whined a few hours after he was wheeled from the medical center with a giant cast slapped on his leg.

The surveillance video shows Linz slowly pulling into the loading dock between the Dream Downtown and Maritime hotels, flashing her headlights to warn the half-dozen pedestrians on the sidewalk.

The crowd parts as Rodriguez walks in front of the Porsche Cayenne.

The blurry video does not show him being hit — but it does show the supposedly injured victim going after the car.

Lohan allegedly fled into a nightclub after the incident and was arrested after she emerged about two hours later.

Rodriguez could not be reached yesterday for comment, although he has said he plans on suing Lohan.

He has not been back at work since the alleged hit-and-run. The hotel where he works said that he is taking time off.

Lohan, who was arrested and slapped with a desk-appearance ticket for leaving the scene, could still be on the hook for violating her LA probation for stealing a necklace.

The NYPD could still file an official report with Los Angeles authorities, who would determine whether a probation violation hearing is warranted, said Frank Mateljan, spokesman for the LA City Attorney’s Office.

Probation officials are normally responsible for keeping tabs on whether their clients are arrested, said New York police sources. However, Lohan does not have a probation officer since she is on informal probation, Mateljan said.

She is due in Manhattan court next month.

Her rep did not return a call for comment.

Meanwhile, Lohan was spotted leaving the Bowery Hotel last night with artist Domingo Zapata.

Zapata, whose SUV Lohan was driving during the incident, told pals he wouldn’t let Lohan drive it anymore, but he allowed her to carry one of his sons in her arms.
