Woman dies in East Williamsburg wreck

A 21-year-old woman was killed in the passenger seat of a car today when it slammed into a pole in Brooklyn, authorities said.

The car a 2009 Mazda 3, crashed at about 3:10 a.m. when it was being driven by a 19-year-old man on Johnson Avenue near Varick Avenue in East Williamsburg, said cops.

Dylan Eitharong, 20, of Florida, had just gotten off the L train Morgan Avenue station when he came across the accident.

“I heard a loud crash. I saw a bunch of people crowded around,” said Eitharong. “I heard the guy screaming, ‘Oh s—, oh f—, what did I do?’ He was running back and forth until the cops came and took him.”

The man was listed in stable condition at Elmhurst Hospital, authorities added.

It was not immediately clear if there was any criminality, police said.

Witnesses at the scene said the driver appeared intoxicated.
