A quick-thinking witness snapped a picture of the thug pictured at right who robbed a teen at gunpoint at a subway station in the Rockaways, police said.

The perp approached the 15-year-old victim at the Beach 60th Street station at 6 a.m. Friday, flashed a black handgun and stole the teen’s Dr. Dre Beats headphones and his Samsung Galaxy cellphone, police added.

Cops say the suspect is in his late 20s, approximately 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds. He sported a camouflage hat and a dark shirt with skull prints.

An ex-con in Carroll Gardens was busted in possession of burglary tools, cops said.

Darel Vasber, 32, was spotted by plainclothes cops as he allegedly cast a larcenous eye on homes on Columbia Street while illegally riding his bike on the sidewalk at about 1:30 p.m. Sept. 12, authorities said.

He was found to be carrying gloves, a hammer, a screwdriver and other tools, cops said.

Vasber also allegedly gave cops a fake name.

Vasber was wanted on a car-theft charge and was on parole for attempted robbery, records show.

He was charged with possession of burglary tools, false impersonation, possession of a boxcutter and sidewalk bike riding.

A sticky-fingered man was busted for trying to steal letters with a glue trap in Crown Heights, law-enforcement sources said.

A cop watched as Barrin Joseph, 31, reached into a mailbox at Nostrand Avenue and Eastern Parkway at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday, the sources said. Joseph claimed he was mailing a letter, the sources added.

But the cop saw a string sticking out of the mailbox — and when he pulled it, he found the glue trap with several letters stuck to it.

The hunt is on for a hit-and-run driver who struck a Sunset Park girl, police sources said.

The 9-year-old victim was playing in front of her home on 54th Street near Eighth Avenue at 1:45 p.m. Sept. 16 when she ran into the street, the sources said.

The girl suffered minor cuts and bruises.

A man was stabbed in a vicious brawl outside a Fordham restaurant yesterday, authorities said.

Two groups of men began fighting shortly before 7:30 a.m. in La Penda Restaurante on the Grand Concourse near East 182nd Street, cops said.

The fight spilled outside and a 50-year-old man was slashed in the torso, police sources said.

He was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital. His injuries were not life-threatening, cops said.

A 75-year-old woman had her throat cut inside her Melrose housing project, cops said.

The victim was wounded around 7:15 p.m. Friday at her home in the St. Mary’s Park houses on Westchester Avenue.

She was rushed to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.

Cops could not offer a motive for the attack.
