Bianca’s 600G rent tab

The whip’s come down on Bianca Jagger.

The ex-wife of Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger has to pay more than $600,000 in back rent and legal fees to her former landlord after losing a years-long court battle to keep her home, a state appeals court ruled yesterday.

Katz Park Avenue moved to boot Bianca from her home of 20 years in 2005 after she had filed a $20 million lawsuit against the landlord over toxic mold in her apartment that she said was making her sick.

Katz’s suit contended she wasn’t entitled to stay in her rent-stabilized, $4,600-a-month apartment at 530 Park Ave. because it wasn’t her “primary residence” — a must for a rent-stabilized tenant.

While Bianca claimed the apartment had long been her home base, the landlord pointed out that the Nicaraguan native was in the United States on a B2 visa, which requires that the visitor have a “principal, actual dwelling place” outside the United States. The state’s highest court upheld her eviction in 2008, and she lost her mold case last year.

In yesterday’s ruling, the Appellate Division found she was on the hook for two years of market-based rent while she was fighting the eviction, plus $343,827.36 in legal fees.
