Former ‘Hockey Mom Madam’ hooker sentenced to no jail, no probation

One of Upper East Side madam’s Anna Gristina’s gorgeous, $2,000-an-hour hookers is now off the hook.

Beautiful Catherine Devries — whose girl-on-girl performance for an undercover cop at an East 78th Street brothel led to Gristina’s arrest — was sentenced to no jail and no probation today in Manhattan Supreme Court.

The sulky stunner sat at the defense table in black high-heeled pumps, a tight black skirt, and a snug, sleeveless blouse of silver silk. She showed no emotion as Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan told her she would suffer nothing but a misdemeanor prostitution record.

That, and the humiliation of the notorious case.

“She is now living in California, and she is about to start a new business,” her lawyer, Leonard Levinson, told the judge in arguing successfully against prosecutors’ request that Devries get 90 days probation.

“She has been subjected to considerable embarrassment as a result of this,” he said. “Her family has learned of her heretofore unknown activities.”

Devries, 32, and the other slender brunette charged in the pay-per-view performance, Mhairiangelo Bottone, had been slated to testify at trial this month against their former madam had Gristina not pled guilty last week.

That could have been still more humiliating. Both women would likely have been asked to take the witness stand and narrate the secret recording cops made of the $2,000 sex show they performed for the undercover John.

The judge cited Devries lack of any prior arrests in deciding against probation. Devries shrank from news photographers and did not comment as she left court.
