A bank robber knocked off an East Village branch yesterday, police said.

The crook entered the Valley National branch at Fourth Avenue and East 12th Street just before 1 p.m. and passed a demand note to a teller, police added.

He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

A man is suspected of spray-painting hate messages at a bagel store in Bay Ridge, cops said.

The slurs were discovered scrawled outside Famous Bagel on Third Avenue near 69th Street at about 3:30 a.m. on July 29, police said.

The NYPD Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.

A bandit boosted a $5,000 motorcycle off a Sunset Park street, police sources said.

The 23-year-old owner parked his 2009 black Kawasaki on 51st Street near Second Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 3 and returned four hours later to find it gone, the sources said.

The chain used to secure the motorcycle to a fence was found cut and discarded, the sources added.

A car thief drove off with a $21,000 rental truck in Windsor Terrace, police sources said.

A Hertz customer called cops at about 8:40 p.m. on Oct. 1 to report that the 2011 Ford Club Wagon he had rented and parked the night before on 11th Avenue near 16th Street had disappeared, the sources said.

Investigators checked area tow pounds and confirmed that the vehicle, bearing Maryland plates, had been stolen, the sources added.

What a party pooper!

A shotgun-toting gal threatened to shoot her music-playing neighbors in Grant City, authorities said.

“Turn down the music! I have a gun!” Carrol Somma-Cortez, 53, allegedly barked at the victims at about 6:15 p.m. Monday in a Colfax Avenue apartment building.

Somma-Cortez had a shotgun strapped to her shoulder and was menacing a man, his wife and their kids, ages 7 and 4, at the apartment where the music was playing, cops said.

Responding officers arrested the woman on charges of menacing, unlawful possession of a rifle and endangering the welfare of children, records show.

Weed is the least of his worries now.

A semi-automatic gun was found in the car of a man caught smoking pot while driving in Castleton Corners, authorities said.

Lamarre Thierry, 36, was behind the wheel of a 1996 Mitsubishi Mirage when cops pulled him over near Jewett Avenue and Victory Boulevard at about 10 p.m. Saturday, court papers state.

The car reeked of marijuana, and two joints were found near the driver, one on the floor mat and the other near the air-conditioner controls, cops said.

Officers searched the car and found the weapon stashed in the trunk in a black leather pouch, cops added.

Thierry was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, as well as weapons and marijuana possession, records show.

A crazed motorist with a suspended license bit the face of a cop after she was pulled over for swerving across the center median and driving at 5 mph in Grasmere, authorities said.

Amanda Diaz, 27, allegedly attacked the officer after cops stopped her 1998 Nissan Maxima near Clove Road and Mosel Avenue at about 5 p.m. Thursday.

She was arrested on charges of assault, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and reckless driving, said a spokesman for DA Daniel Donovan.

The officer, bitten when she attempted to subdue Diaz in the back of a cruiser, received hospital treatment, cops said.

A man — whom cops suspect of swiping two boxes of tools last month from a work van in Claremont — is also being sought for an earlier robbery, police said yesterday.

In the latest theft, the suspect entered a parked vehicle at about 2:25 p.m. Monday on East 170th Street near Third Avenue and made off with tools, police added.

On Sept. 27 he broke into a van at the same address.
