A registered sex offender molested a 13-year-old girl in a Harlem housing project, authorities said yesterday.

Andre Youngblood, 37, abused the girl as she slept in her King Towers apartment on Oct. 3, cops said.

She woke up during the assault to find Youngblood, a family friend, allegedly groping her, law-enforcement sources said.

He was arrested the next day on charges of sexual abuse and forcible touching, and is being held in lieu of $300,000 bail, records show.

In 2003, Youngblood sexually abused a 7-year-old girl and spent more than nine years behind bars, prison records show.

He also did a stint in the clink for robbery, records show.

Cops cuffed a fraudster who pulled off a check scam at an Upper West Side bank, authorities said yesterday.

Juan Perez, 45, opened a checking account on July 13 at the Wells Fargo branch on Broadway and West 85th Street, according to court documents.

He then deposited a $5,500 forged check into the new account, and made a $5,000 withdrawal, court papers say.

Perez was arrested Friday and charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property.

A suspect in the murder of a man outside a Lower East Side barber shop was identified by police yesterday.

Joshua Nunez, 21, is suspected of shooting Charles Fernandez, 29, to death at around 9:30 p.m. Saturday after a fight inside José Beauty Salon and Barber Shop on Forsyth Street, cops said.

Fernandez took a cab to Bellevue Hospital, where he died.

Two teen punks stole money and an iPhone from a high-school classmate, police sources said.

On April 23, Mario Miranda, 17, and a 15-year-old cohort allegedly cornered the 14-year-old victim in Millennium HS and said that he had to meet them after school at a nearby pool hall.

The victim met Miranda and his pal and forked over $120 and his pricey cellphone in exchange for protection, the sources added.

He later told his parents, who notified cops.

Miranda and the 15-year-old were arrested Thursday and charged with grand larceny by extortion and petit larceny, court records show. Miranda, who has a prior bust for robbery on his record, is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail, cops said.

A thief stole a $600 bike from a car in Windsor Terrace, cops said.

The 52-year-old victim parked her 2009 Toyota on Caton Place near Ocean Parkway on Sept. 13 and returned Sept. 15 to find the rear window smashed and her Trek bicycle gone, cops added.

A man was assaulted while walking through Greenwood, cops said.

The 43-year-old victim told investigators he was on Sixth Avenue near 18th Street at about 6:40 a.m. Sept. 19 when an assailant punched him in the head and pushed him to the ground, cops added.

The perp fled and the victim was treated at Methodist Hospital. It’s unclear what provoked the attack.

A young woman knocked on the door of the 60-year-old victim’s Ogden Avenue residence at about 6:15 p.m. Oct. 2, police said.

When he answered, her two accomplices, men in their 20, forced their way in, police said.

The hoods tied up the man, snatched an undisclosed amount of cash, and fled.
