Alec Baldwin is off the hook.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute the “30 Rock” star for his scuffle with a photographer, sources familiar with the case said tonight.
Baldwin encountered a Daily News photographer, Marcus Santos, on June 19 after the lensman spotted the actor leaving the City Clerk’s Office to get a marriage license, according to reports.
Santos told police that Baldwin punched him on the chin.
But prosecutors don’t believe a crime took place, the sources said.
“No charges will be brought. The matter has been dropped entirely,” a source told The Post.
“His conduct did not rise to the level of a crime.”
Baldwin’s lawyer, Alan Abramson declined comment, as did Baldwin’s spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik.
The DA’s Office declined comment on the matter.
