Alec Baldwin is off the hook.
The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has declined to prosecute the “30 Rock” star for his scuffle with a newspaper photographer, sources familiar with the case said yesterday.
Baldwin encountered a Daily News lensman, Marcus Santos, on June 19 after the fotog spotted the hot-headed actor leaving the City Clerk’s Office to get a marriage license. Santos told police that Baldwin punched him on the chin.
But prosecutors don’t believe a crime took place, the sources said.
“No charges will be brought. The matter has been dropped entirely,” a source told The Post.
“His conduct did not rise to the level of a crime.”
Baldwin’s lawyer, Alan Abramson, declined to comment, as did Baldwin’s spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik.
The DA’s office also declined to comment.
