WASHINGTON — Hurricane Sandy tore through the election, forcing President Obama and Mitt Romney to jump off the campaign trail as Obama returned to the White House to oversee the feds’ response.
Romney canceled planned events in New Hampshire and Wisconsin yesterday and in Ohio and Iowa today.
Obama had planned to campaign with former President Bill Clinton.
