Three thieves on a roll swiped 10 rental bikes from East Side bicycle stores, but were finally arrested after running into an NYPD roadblock, authorities said yesterday.

Francis Kearney, 26, Benjamine Hake, 23, and Arniebed Rivera, 30, swiped nearly $7,000 worth of bicycles from three East Side shops — Danny’s Cycles, Metro Bicycle and NYC Bicycle — between Oct. 20 and 23, court papers state.

In each case, they allegedly filled out rental applications and provided debit-card numbers to be used as security.

When the suspects failed to show up at the end of the rental periods, store employees attempted to charge the cards and found them to be bogus, records show.

With the help of store surveillance pictures, detectives spotted the suspects riding bicycles on the Upper East Side and in Chinatown, court documents state.

The suspects were arrested on Oct. 23 on grand-larceny charges.
