Queens ‘line jumper’ held in gun threat

A gun-flashing line jumper at a Queens gas station was ordered held on $50,000 bond after threatening a fellow driver who had dared complain, authorities said.

Sean Bailey, 35, faces up to 15 years for Thursday’s incident at an Astoria station at 43rd Street and Astoria Boulevard.

Authorities said Bailey — who a prosecutor said has six felony convictions — cut in line and pulled a .25-caliber pistol when another driver approached him.

“If you don’t pull back, you’re not getting gas tonight,” Bailey told the man, according to prosecutors.

Bailey, of St. Albans, Queens, is charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. Two of his convictions, both in Virginia, were for weapons possession, a prosecutor said in court.

The complaining witness was granted a full order of protection from Bailey, police said.
