CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — The space shuttle Atlantis went on its final trip yesterday as it was moved 10 miles to a tourist Mecca at the Kennedy Space Center.
It was loaded atop a 76-wheeled platform just before dawn to begin its final journey.
