A Claremont man died after being attacked and kicked in the head by a man in his 20s, according to police detectives and eyewitnesses.

Norman Spencer, 48, who lived on Webster Avenue, was found unconscious near East 170th Street at about 4:10 p.m. Friday, police said.

He was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where the physical trauma induced a heart attack and he died, according to cops.

The medical examiner is to make an official determination of the cause of death and a possible declaration of homicide.

In the meantime, detectives are continuing to look for the assailant.

A gunman shot three men on a subway-station mezzanine in the South Bronx, cops said.

The shooter walked up to the victims and fired six times at the East 138th Street/Cypress Avenue station at about 2:50 a.m. last Sunday, according to police.

The victims were listed as being in stable condition last night.

The suspect is believed to be 18 or 19 years old and about 6 feet tall with a slim build, police sources said.

He was wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans, detectives said.

An elderly man has disappeared from his home near Flushing Meadows Park, cops said.

Rafael Pizarro (above), 81, was last seen leaving his home, on 62nd Drive near the Grand Central Parkway, at about 10 p.m. Friday.

Pizarro is 5-foot-6 and 147 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue sweat shirt, jeans, an olive wool cap and beige socks.

A gunman wounded a teenager in Bedford-Stuyvesant, sources said.

The assailant shot the the 17-year-old in the right thigh at Hart Street and Throop Avenue at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he refused to cooperate with detectives, sources added.

Two men were caught siphoning fuel from a parked car in Bedford-Stuyvesant, according to court documents.

Ismail Ben-Benu was crouched beneath a white van on Bainbridge Street near Lewis Avenue at 11:45 p.m. Thursday as Vee Davidson acted as a lookout, records state.

When a cop approached, Davidson tapped Ben-Benu, who stood up with a tube in his hand. Both then turned to walk away but were nabbed, court papers state.

Cops said they found damage to the van’s gas lines and retrieved a tube, a barrel and a knife from a nearby garbage can after witnessing one of the suspects discarding something.

Ben-Benu and Davidson were charged with criminal mischief, petit larceny and possession of stolen property, according to the documents.

A man was charged with assault and petit larceny for stealing hair-care products from a Cobble Hill drugstore and attacking an employee who tried to stop him, authorities said.

Heath Anderson, 47, allegedly went into the Rite Aid on Smith Street near Warren Street at 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 14 and snatched up shampoo and conditioner, court papers state.

He then hit the worker who tried to halt him, documents state.
