What a gas-hole!

A scheming man pretended to be a cop in order to fill up his tank at a New Dorp gas station and skirt the city’s “odd plate-even plate” rationing restrictions, authorities said.

Aniello DeGuida, 44, was on line at the Shell station on Richmond Road near New Dorp Lane, at around 8 p.m. Friday when the attendant realized he had a license plate ending in an even number and wasn’t eligible, since it was an odd-numbered day, cops said.

DeGuida then flashed a phony badge and shouted, “I’m NYPD. I’m on my way to work. I need gas,” court papers state.

He also threatened to choke the attendant, cops added. Police soon arrived and checked an NYPD database, which revealed that DeGuida is not a cop, court documents show.

He was arrested and charged with criminal impersonation, the records show.
