Guy Fieri may never eat again. Or cook.
His Times Square restaurant, Guy’s American Kitchen & Bar, was savaged by the New York Times this week in a review that may be the final nail in the coffin for the place.
Last month, The Post’s restaurant critic ripped the place with a review that opened with, “I wouldn’t feed the mess to a cat.”
Fieri’s pals on Food Network are rushing to his defense.
Alton Brown, host of “Iron Chef America,” tweeted: “I am planning on visiting Guy Fieri’s NYC eatery this weekend, because it can’t be as bad as all those snooty New Yorkers say.”
The folks at “Today” read the reviews, too, and said they would try to put on an impromptu taste test this morning to see if the food was really that bad.
“I think we need to try some of the items,” Natalie Morales said.
Fieri did not return calls seeking comment yesterday.
