Bon Jovi kid OD shock

Shot through the arm. And you’re to blame.

Upstate cops busted the teenage daughter of famed New Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi, after she allegedly overdosed on heroin, authorities said.

An ambulance rushed to the Hamilton College dorm of Stephanie Bongiovi, 19, yesterday and cops recovered small amounts of heroin and marijuana, according to Town of Kirkland police.

The rock legend’s daughter was initially unresponsive when paramedics reached Dunham Dorm at 1:51 a.m., officials told the Utica Observer-Dispatch.

Bongiovi was rushed to a local hospital, where she was recovering and was expected to be released last night.

She was later booked for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana; criminally using drug paraphernalia; and unlawful possession of marijuana.

In Bongiovi’s room was 21-year-old Ian Grant, a Hamilton student who is also from Bongiovi’s hometown of Red Bank, NJ. He, too, was charged with possession.

They were both issued summonses, and promised to appear in court at a later date.

Hamilton College officials said they’re helping with the police probe and hinted they might take disciplinary action against the students.

“In addition to violating state law, the actions alleged to have been committed by the students violate Hamilton College policy,” the college said.

“The college is cooperating with the police investigation. Our first concern is always for the safety of our students.”

School officials declined to specify what action they might take against Grant and Bongiovi.

“Out of respect for the privacy of our students and in accordance with federal regulations, we do not discuss individual health or disciplinary matters,” according to the school’s statement.

By all accounts, the rocker and daughter enjoy a close relationship. Bon Jovi, 50, told Redbook magazine that Stephanie once let him in on secret teenspeak.

“My daughter was instant-messaging one of her friends, and man, it looked like it was in code! So I ask her, ‘What does that mean?’ She said, ‘Do you really want to know? It means: Dad looking over shoulder. Gotta go,’ ” Bon Jovi told the magazine.
