The Lance Armstrong Foundation has dropped the name of the disgraced cyclist from its title, it said yesterday.
It was the latest move by the cancer charity to distance itself following the biggest doping scandal in the sport’s history.
The foundation that has been informally known for years as Livestrong has filed paperwork to make that name official effective Oct. 30, according to a foundation spokeswoman.
