Giants blitz

HERO

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton sliced up the Giants and easily outplayed Eli Manning, firing a career-high four touchdown passes to four different receivers — A.J. Green, Andrew Hawkins, Jermaine Gresham and Mohamed Sanu. Dalton completed 21 of 30 throws and wasn’t sacked. Terrific performance.

UNSUNG HERO

Cincinnati’s defense flummoxed Manning and the Giants, holding them to six points until garbage time. The unit picked off Manning twice, forced two fumbles, racked up four sacks, held Victor Cruz to 26 yards and demolished the Giants’ offensive line.

ZERO

Everything Giants-related is a pretty strong candidate. Manning was efficient in the first half (15-for-20) but threw two picks in the second half and managed to produce just 13 points. The Giants’ defense got zero pressure on Dalton, and the offensive line was mauled by the Bengals. So, take your pick.
