The perfect single New York City woman is a brown-eyed, nonsmoking, social-drinking brunette — with a master’s degree.
And Gotham guys would be willing to spend $266.25 on a first date with their dream girl, according to a new survey by a sugar-daddy dating Web site.
Some 5,000 New York male members of whatsyourprice.com were asked to evaluate five features — such as hair color —that they’re looking for in a mate.
Then they had to place a dollar figure on each variable, such as black hair as opposed to red hair.
It turns out that brown hair was the most desirable, and men said it added $147.91 to what they’d be willing to shell out for a date.
Do blondes have more fun? Well, they came in second, followed by black hair, red hair and “other.”
Brown led the eye-color category, followed by blue, green, hazel and “other.”
New York was the only major city to value brown-eyed girls the most, said the site’s CEO, Brandon Wade.
As for vices, New York City men much prefer a social drinker, rather than a casual drinker and a nondrinker in that order.
And women who smoke lose out — men were willing to play an extra $19.05 for a non-smoker, rather than a casual smoker or a regular smoker, the survey found.
Finally, New York men value a woman with a master’s degree the most (an extra $32.34), followed by a doctorate, a BA, an associate’s degree and a high-school diploma, in that order.
