Be ready to pay more at Port Authority crossings between New York and New Jersey today.
E-ZPass passenger-car tolls on the George Washington Bridge, the Lincoln and Holland tunnels and Staten Island crossings jumped 75 cents this morning, to $10.25 in peak hours and $8.25 off-peak. Cash tolls went up $1, to $13.
Port Authority tolls will rise again in December 2013, December 2014 and December 2015.
