A Massachusetts man got a summons after being hit by his own truck.

Brian Reynolds, 40, was cruising in his 1987 Chevy when the brakes failed. So he tried to stop it by opening the door and dragging his foot on the ground.

Then he tried to turn up a hill but fell out, and the truck drove over his left leg.

Cops gave him a $35 ticket for operating defective equipment.

A French mother who sent her 3-year-old son named “Jihad” to nursery school wearing a jumper with the words “I am a bomb” and “born on the 11 September” is going to trial, charged with “supporting a terrorist act.”

The woman said the jumper was a gift from Jihad’s uncle, and insisted the boy’s birthday is Sept. 11, 2009.
