Put on your party face!

Katy Perry’s “Last Friday Night” blares in the background while a gaggle of girls drink from pink martini glasses and discuss Madonna and Elton John’s tumultuous relationship: “Elton John likes Madonna again. They just figured it out. They’re like, ‘We’re both queens!’ ”

Between sips and quips, the ladies nibble on chocolate and cheese while patiently awaiting their moment in the beauty chair with makeup artist Stefanie Syat. Syat is making a house call at this Hell’s Kitchen apartment to doll up seven friends before a night of dancing on the town.

After two hours (and countless cosmos), all the girls at Suzee Dunn’s one-bedroom are officially sporting “lash face.”

This is Syat’s term for the sexy look women assume after she’s bedecked them with fake eyelashes.

“I swear, women look in the mirror afterwards, and they always put on a ‘lash face,’ ’’ says Syat.

Syat’s concierge makeup service Pre-Dame brings glam to “pre-games,” the act of pre-partying (or pre-drinking) before going out.

Since her company’s launch last year, Syat has been glamming up women-on-the-go approximately two times a week, charging $75 a head for groups of six or more (a bottle of champagne is included). The host drinks — and primps — for free. And now that the holiday season is here, the beauty pre-gaming isn’t limited to weekends.

The 30-year-old Syat, who makes up models for Lucky magazine and the fashion labels Catherine Malandrino and H&M, says the idea came about from “being on-set all the time. My friends would all come over to get ready and would ask, ‘How did you do the makeup for that magazine or that shoot?’ ”

After years of touching up pals before bar-crawls, Syat made a business of it.

“I thought it would be single girls,” admits Syat, who does her fair share of bachelorette parties. “But a lot of them are just girls’ nights out for married ladies who want to get away.” Her clients typically range in age from 22 to 38.

Dunn, a 22-year-old actress, first met Syat when she did her makeup for her head shot and decided to enlist Pre-Dame’s services for some pre-holiday fun.

“It’s a way to come over and hang out and really talk and get ready together,” says Dunn, who admits, “It kind of felt like prom a little bit.”

Convenience, she says, is key. “I can be in my pajamas!” Dunn exclaims.

Syat and her team of up to four other artists typically make up each girl in about 25 minutes.

“We’re quick. We’ve got it down to a science. We like to focus on the eyes the most because everyone’s drinking,” says Syat.

At Dunn’s girly gathering, eyelids ranged from purple to silver, and lips were mostly bright red. False lashes — of course — fluttered everywhere.

All of which was a departure for the ladies, most of whom claimed to be low-maintenance.

“I’m excited to take a risk. Why not? It’s silly, but you just feel fierce,” says Elyse Moon, 22, an actress and restaurant hostess.

“I love it,” adds Moon, thrilled with her sultry transformation. “It doesn’t even look like me. But in a great way!”

“With proper makeup, everyone looks really good,” agrees Sarah Seeds, a 26-year-old actress, who says she normally spends 10 minutes on her face when left to her own devices. “You get more confident. And we’re having drinks. So we will probably get more gutsy.”

And you know what they say, ladies: no guts, no glamour.
