Forking out for belly flop

This former fatso got shamed into settling for a slice of the pie.

A Bronx man who once tipped the scales at 340 pounds sued the Cheesecake Factory after falling at the chain’s White Plains restaurant in January, claiming in Manhattan federal court papers that the mishap occurred because the dining room “was overly crowded with tables and seating and did not leave safe conditions and ample space for plaintiff to maneuver to his seat.”

Sean Hannaford, 31, now 180 pounds, dropped the suit after the eatery blamed his bulk for the tumble. He settled for a confidential amount.
