Hey, stop Raven about Redskins!

Including the 1997-2011 seasons in The Post, Cat’s record in print stands at 454-393 (53.6 percent) against the spread.

SUNDAY

Ravens (+2 1/2) over REDSKINS: The Redskins swept the NFC East in last three outings and are the flavor of the week. It’s time to step in with the established class on a short-hop road trip, who’ll relish facing this defense. The Steelers were the only other team the ’Skins have played this year that hits this hard — and you saw how that worked out. Ravens (+2 1/2) soar, for one unit.

BENGALS (-3) over Cowboys: The Cowboys seem more comfortable when underdogs away from home, but they have covered four times this year (each time in a great technical spot), in large part because they’re consistently the most overvalued franchise in the marketplace. Cincy’s for real — and do you think Tony Romo’s going to go two weeks running without a turnover? Bengals (-3) lance ’Boys, for one unit.

LAST WEEK: 2-0. UCLA (plus one unit). Seahawks (plus one unit).

SEASON: 20-6.
