The man pictured at right terrorized and robbed an 83-year-old woman in her Chelsea home, police said.

He allegedly went into an elevator with her at about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday and forced his way into her Eighth Avenue apartment.

He ransacked the place and left with jewelry and cash, cops said.

He was described as being in his early 20s and approximately 5-foot-10.

A suspect is under arrest in the theft of a $7,000 bicycle from a Lower East Side shop, authorities said.

Luis Richards, 44, allegedly stole the Moots Cyclocross bike from Chari & Co., on Stanton Street, sometime between Oct. 11 and 13, according to court records.

He quickly found a buyer and sold it on Oct. 13 — for a paltry $150, the records show.

Richards, who was arrested on Oct. 25 for burglarizing the same Stanton Street building, was picked up again Monday on Avenue D and East 8th Street after a witness recorded him admitting to having swiped the pricey wheels, cops said.

He was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property and was being held last night on $25,000 bail, according to the records.

theft.

Two sticky-fingered shoppers shoplifted almost $2,000 in cologne from an Upper East Side Duane Reade Monday night, police sources said.

The duo looted a shelf at the Third Avenue store near 94th Street, placing the fragrances in a backpack at about 10:50 p.m., the sources added.

No arrests had been made as of last night, police said.

Police are looking for three people (pictured below) for questioning in the mugging of a yellow- cab driver on the Lower East Side, authorities said.

The cabby picked up the trio at 4:10 a.m. on Dec. 1 at the corner of Houston and Allen streets, according to investigators.

But after he drove them to Grand and Lewis streets, the passengers refused to pay the fare, police said.

They instead punched the driver and stole his cellphone, according to cops.

The man and two women were last seeing running west on Grand Street, cops said.

Cops are seeking a subway rider who allegedly groped a woman in Downtown Brooklyn.

The 31-year-old woman told detectives that the suspect (pictured above) rubbed up against her at 8:35 a.m. on Nov. 12 on the northbound F train at Dekalb Avenue.

The suspect was described as being in his 30s, about 5-foot-9 and 160 to 190 pounds, and was last seen wearing a tan skullcap, according to authorities.

An off-duty city correction officer was arrested yesterday and charged with holding his girlfriend’s 25-year-old daughter against her will, police sources said.

Luis Leonard, 46, got into a fight with the woman when she wanted to go out and he said no, so he locked her in her Soundview apartment, according to the sources.

Officers responding to a call took him in on a charge of unlawful imprisonment.
