‘Harass’ lawsuit in LI divorce feud

Nobody wins in this Long Island family feud.

A Great Neck family claims an in-law is so angry about his impending divorce that he has launched a wild campaign to destroy their reputations, according to a lawsuit.

Brothers Hashem, Soleyman and Parviz Dardashtian say their niece’s husband, Mehrdad Sadigh, blames them for the breakdown of his marriage and has been posting defamatory fliers around town — and even mailing them to local businesses — in their tight-knit Persian-Jewish community.

The fliers, featuring Anita Sadigh’s picture and labeling her a “whore,” began showing up in March 2011, according to Manhattan Supreme Court papers filed last week.

Mehrdad Sadigh was allegedly “completely unhinged” by the split from his wife and attempted to have the Dardashtians, who are in the construction and real-estate industries, investigated for money laundering, they charge in the suit. No charges were filed against them.

The Dardashtians were arrested earlier this year for allegedly harassing Mehrdad Sadigh, a Manhattan gallery owner. The charges were later dropped, court papers show.

Sadigh denied harassing his in-laws, and said the family was just angry because of the harassment arrest. “This is all lies, lies, lies,” he told The Post. “They just want to get back to me [sic]. I don’t know what to say.”
