‘$neak’ attack over injury

He was trying to shape up, but instead a Staten Island man got a sketchy result.

Back in 2010, Frank Guadioso, 58, ordered himself a pair of Skechers Shape-ups — the sneakers with the funny-shaped sole that allegedly helps tone the legs and butt — and started wearing them.

But instead of getting a workout, the retiree claims the sneakers left him with serious foot and leg injuries, according to a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit he filed last week against Skechers.

The injuries included tendonitis, torn ligaments and fractures, according to Guadioso’s lawyer, Robert Ginsburg. Guadioso is seeking unspecified damages.

Skechers declined to comment on the pending litigation.
